Hello! I’m Michelle. I am a busy mother of three from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Artistic pursuits have been a constant my whole life. Through the years, I have sketched, painted, quilted, rug hooked and sewed clothing. It was always a struggle to decide which project to pick up next.

In 2018, I started to combine my love for art with digital media and use my eye for colour and design to produce beautiful printed posters and reports. In 2023, I decided to bring this passion to surface pattern design and haven’t looked back.

Sunset Patterns was born out of a desire to share beautiful colours and patterns with the world. It brings all of my artistic and digital skills together in an amazing confluence and I am so excited to share my designs with you!
